To All Members,
As a member of the DF Racing UK Class Association you are hereby being notified of the forthcoming AGM.
Notice of the DF Racing UK Class Association AGM 2024
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will take place on the following timetable completing on the 17th February 2024.
By the 18th December 2023 – The date & timetable of the AGM will be published on the DF Racing UK Association website.
By the 18th January 2024 – Any Member Motions and Nominations for the Committee are to be received by the Registrar.
By the 3rd February 2024 – The final Agenda and items for voting will be published on the DF Racing UK Association website with instructions on how to cast votes electronically.
17th February 2024 @ 18:00 – Voting window ends. AGM will close.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
AGENDA
Dear Member,
As a Member of the DF Racing UK Class Association you are hereby being notified of the Agenda for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting giving you the opportunity to vote on the relevant item.
As per the Class Constitution, the Annual General Meeting will be held electronically concluding on the 17th February 2024.
The Agenda
1. To further update the Class Constitution.
These amendments are to increase the number of officers on the
committee and to add or delete some wording for clarification as suggested by
members at the 2023 AGM.
A copy of the proposed amendments to the Constitution will be posted on the
DF UK website – Additions are in red, deletions are crossed through.
There will also be a copy of the updated Constitution.
2. To vote on the appointment of Officers.
The Chair requests that you vote on these amendments and appointments
using the online system which may be accessed via this link:

Your vote must be received by the 17:00 on the 17thFebruary 2024. Any votes cast after this time will not be counted.

Formal notification
1. The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will take place to a published timetable and will close at 18:00 17th February 2023.
2. Any item or Member motions to be included on the Agenda must be received by the 18th January 2024 using the email address – registrar@dfracinguk.com.
3. Any nomination for the elected positions of Chair, Secretary, Racing Officer, Registrar/Membership Secretary, Treasurer or Promotion/Web Officer must be received by the 18th January 2024 using the email address –registrar@dfracinguk.com. Nominations should include a proposer and a seconder who shall be members of the DF Racing UK Association.
4. Motions to be proposed by the Executive Committee.
4.1 Proposed amendments to the Constitution. Amendments document will be published on the DF Racing UK website.
