Web Updates

Hi folks, hope you’re all well, it’s raining and dark outside and there isn’t a whole heap on the tellybox so I’ve started to run a couple of updates on the website. Most of it remains the same, however I have updated the DF95 Boom Drawing page with the new drawings which Buzz has produced for us….cheers Buzz. I have left the original drawings on the page for reference purposes.

I have also done a quick update on the Clubs page which now lists 190ish clubs. It will be further updated with a clickable website link where available and also MYA affiliation status where applicable.

Aaaand finally I have pressed a button on the forum which accepted the backlog of pending members. Apologies to those of you who have waited a while for this, it got forgotten.

DF95 Nationals Details

DF95’s at Eastbourne last October.

Today is a good day, certainly not weather wise but we have had details from Eastbourne MYC about the DF95 Nationals which are being held there over the weekend of the 18th and 19th May. We’ve posted up some details on the Events page where you’ll find links to the NoR and also the entry list.

Get an entry in early and help the club out.

Gosport NoR & TT Overall Results

So we’ve started 2019 with a great weekend at West Lancs YC where the first two rounds of the DF Racing UK TT Series were played out, it was certainly chilly but the reception was certainly warm. We have the overall results available for you over on the results page, click here to take a look

We can now look forward to the next two rounds of the TT Series which are being held at Gosport MYBC over the weekend of the 23rd & 24th March. It’s a venue we’ve spent some time at and its really rather nice. We’ll have the DF65’s on Saturday followed by the DF95’s on Sunday, there will be some social on Friday and Saturday nights which is usually fun.

Check out the NoR’s for both days, along with links to the MYA online entry by clicking here.

West Lancs is a winner!

Photos from Sue Brown again…hoorah!

So we did it, unlike so many other events in the radio sailing calendar today, we braved ice, lack of breeze, chilly temperatures and blinding sunlight to deliver nine DF65 races in two fleets. Want to know how it went and who won…..of course you do. Clicky here to find out on the results page.
