As a member of the DF Racing UK Class Association you are hereby being notified of the forthcoming AGM.

Notice of the DF Racing UK Class Association AGM 2026

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will take place on the following timetable completing on the 15th February 2026.

By the 17th December 2025 – The date & timetable of the AGM will be published on the DF Racing UK Association website.

                                    By the 16th January 2026 – Any Member Motions and Nominations for the Committee are to be received by the Registrar.

                                    By the 1st February 2026 – The final Agenda and items for voting will be published on the DF Racing UK Association website with instructions on how to cast votes electronically.                 

                                    15th February 2026 @ 18:00 – Voting window ends. AGM will close.

Formal notification

         1. The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will take place to a published timetable and will close at 18:00 15th February 2026

2. Any item or Member motions to be included on the Agenda must be received by the 16th January 2026 using the email address – registrar@dfracinguk.com.

3. Any nomination for the elected positions of Chair, Secretary, Racing Officer, Registrar/Membership Secretary, Treasurer or Promotion/Web Officer must be received by the 16th January 2026 using the email address – registrar@dfracinguk.com.

Nominations should include a proposer and a seconder who shall be members of the DF Racing UK Association.

4. Motions to be proposed by the Executive Committee.

         4.1 Proposed amendments to the Constitution. Amendments document will be published on the DF Racing UK website.
