It seems that those who turned up at Lincoln RSC for the DF65 Nationals had a stellar weekend of racing. Lots of rig changes which were sometimes quite important, great breeze and some cracking social made for a proper Lincoln weekend. Results and report available on the Results 25 page.

Next TT event is at Keighley over the weekend of the 3 – 4 May.

We are just under a week away from the entry deadline for the 2025 DF65 Nationals which are being held at Lincoln RSC over the weekend of the 29th and 30th March. The numbers are a little on the light side with the absence of some top names which offers a great opportunity for someone else to put their name on the Championship trophy.

The racing will be as great as ever at Scotland Farm and the club members are constantly making the facility better each time we visit. The water is as blue as it gets inland and the lake allows for really great courses to be set in a variety of wind directions. Parking is plentiful and easy to access too.

On the social side there is plenty to do, from a debrief at The Railway to an evening meal at one of the other local pubs. Accommodation is close by and caters for all budgets. A Saturday evening meal is planned at The Railway which is included in the entry fee.

I can’t see a reason not to enter, can you? No doubt the Lincoln club will organise the weather, all you need to do is get your entry in before 2100 on Wednesday 26th March.

A lovely weekend of sailing at Blithfield SC with some good breeze even if it wasn’t always from the right direction. No report yet but the event results are up along with the overall series scores on the Results 25 page.

Two upcoming events that require your attention.

First up, this coming weekend 8 – 9 March at Blithfield SC we have rounds 3 and 4 of the DF Racing UK TT series. Currently entry is a little light with mid twenties for each day. Breeze looks good for both days so head over to the event page and get your entry in before the closing date of Wednesday 5th March. Well located in the middle of the country, easy to get to, great facilities I can’t see a reason not to go!

Next up we have the DF65 Nationals at Lincoln RSC which are being held over the weekend of the 29 – 30 March. Still plenty of time to get an entry in for this one. The racing is sure to be cracking and the club will host the event with their usual enthusiasm. There is always tea and coffee along with bacon butties too. A social dinner will be held at The Railway on Saturday evening. Again, well located with easy access from the A1, there is no reason not to get an entry in. Head over to the event page and do just that.
