Fleetwood Entries Rolling in.

The view from The Mount pub beer garden, a great view, including the Isle of Man, despite what Wayne thinks…..

We’ve had a communication from the Fleetwood race team who have sent us the entry lists for both days of the Grand Finale which happens in two and a half weeks. Get your entry in if you know you’re going as it will help the race team to sort out heat boards and it will also allow the galley to stock up on cakes and snacks!

It promises to be a fitting farewell to the 2019 season which has been a good one. If you aren’t sure you’re good enough, trust me, you are. There is plenty of local accommodation available around the town so there is no excuse!

Check out the event page for the entry lists.

Holland Roundup & Results

Ken Binks ready for Sunday’s racing

So we’ve had a report and some results for the away weekend in Holland. The overall results have been updated as well so you can see where you are standing in terms of the TT series. It looks like Tushy has it all sewn up at the top but second and third are level pegging with fourth to sixth spot still really tight with the possibility of changes there too at the final event at Fleetwood in just 19 days. Check out the full report and results on the Results 2019 page.

Full details of the grand finale are available on the Event page.

Wanted, Noah’s Ark…

So it seems that the weather today in Holland was worse than yesterday’s. No matter, bigger breeze means bigger boat, roll on the DF95 racing. Twenty odd skippers turned out for lots of racing. Unsurprisingly Tushy won the day despite missing several races with gear failure.

He has celebrated his weekend victory by eating a chicken…..and possibly those burgers too! Well done to all those that made the effort.

Results below.

Holland Day One

Interesting conditions today out in Leiden, a mix of B and C rigs with some pretty sizeable chop coming down the course. Tushy made the best of it and took the day, followed by Ken Binks in second and Buzz Coleman in third spot showing that his break away has done him no harm.

DF95’s tomorrow.

Leiden Incoming

Another entry update for this weekends Leiden event. Check out the event page for details.

Skippers are already in the area with motorhomers arriving yesterday and today for a bit of practice. Other UK skippers will be starting journeys today to arrive for tomorrows practice.

Good luck to all those of you competing.

TT Away Weekend in The Netherlands

So we are a month out from the next TT event which takes us across the North Sea to The Netherlands. Tjakko “Jellyfish” Keizer is our host for the weekend and he promises great wind, superb socials and a complete lack of jellyfish! Check out all the details for two days of superb racing by heading over to the Events page.

Dartmoor Saturday Report

There is now also a great report on the DF65 racing at Dartmoor which happened a couple of weeks back. Thanks Steve Watts for sending it through. Check out the Results page for the detail.

We are also hoping to have the detail for the away TT event in Holland before too long. Mr Tushingham is preparing a NoR for the event which we’ll put up online as soon as we have it.

Dartmoor Results & Report

Is Mr Weston picking his nose or is he concerned that he may have left the gas on at home……..who knows!!

Apologies for the delay in getting this all up online, I’ve been on holiday for a week and I wasn’t at the event so I’ve just now gotten round to sorting this out.

Check out the results page for a full Sunday report and up to date overall TT results.

Dartmoor Incoming

We are just less than a week away from the next DF Racing UK TT Event which is taking place up on Dartmoor overlooking Plymouth. There is still plenty of time to enter the event with the closing date being Wednesday the 7th August. There are already a good number of skippers entered with a mix of travelers and club members. It’s sure to be another great weekend of racing and social. For details of the current entries please check out the club website by clicking here
